Welcome to submit your special session proposal!

CSTE makes special session proposals within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions are in addition to the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of state-of-the-art research from academia and industry on special, novel, challenging and emerging topics. Special-session proposals should be submitted by a prospective organizer who will work to facilitate and handle the special session review process. Accepted papers will be published by the conference proceedings and included in the index database.

Proposals should include the following information:

• Title

• Brief descrition of the workshop

• Related topics

• Name, brief biodata and photo of organizer

• E-mail address of main contact person

Proposal deadline:

• Submission deadline: December 30, 2024

• Notification of acceptance: Ten working days
